Yesterday Came Suddenly

Day of Commencement Ceremonies, a big day for people graduating and also a day indicating the end of my 2nd year in grad school.

PhD is not for fun and of course not for showing off. Every credit obtained, every step achieved is sth being going through, even suffering through.

We are far from our home; we are adults also. We should be responsible for our every conduct, not ‘we need to’ but ‘we should’. The illusion that there is always some other chance, or someone taking care of it for us should be given up. If we haven’t got used to it, then face it and learn to get used to it.

史 逸欣很早就展露她的音乐才华。五岁开始浸淫在巴哈与萧邦的古典钢琴世界里，六岁写下自己的第一首歌，十六岁高中时完成个人首张创作演奏专辑。大学时期的录 音作品早在旧金山一带校园周边流传开来，口耳相传中她成为东岸地下音乐圈的学生才女。大学毕业前已完成个人首张专辑的录音制作。
